She doesn’t believe that pounding the treadmill is the only or, in fact, the best way to build and maintain your fitness.

For a physical and mental fitness programme to work, it must target your specific goals and be interesting and varied. As your coach, she will motivate and inspire you to reach your goals and fulfil your potential.

You will benefit from a combination of professional expertise, personal experience and a career spent developing and training people to be the best they can be.

Whether you want to develop core strength, tone your entire body or calm your mind, the beauty of one to one or small personal training yoga classes is that she will work at your own pace - taking you back to basics or challenging you to reach your goals.

Sessions can take place in a studio or the comfort of your own home or office. At each session your progress will be monitored and your programme modified to ensure your continued advancement.

Advice on effective weight management, together with nutritional guidance is offered to complement your programme.
